Returns Policy – London Banners

At London Banners, we take pride in producing high-quality, custom-printed products with fast turnaround and reliable service. Due to the bespoke nature of our banners, returns are limited and must meet the criteria outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. What Qualifies for a Return?

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • Print quality issues (e.g. smudges, pixelation, major defects)

  • Incorrect size or product that doesn’t match your order

  • Missing finishing options, such as eyelets, hems, or pole pockets

2. How to Report a Problem

To start a return, follow these steps:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Email support@london-banners.co.uk

  • Use your order number in the subject line

  • Include photos taken from at least 2 metres away that clearly show the issue

We cannot process returns without visual proof. All requests are reviewed by our team before approval.

3. Damaged Parcel on Arrival?

If the packaging is visibly damaged when it arrives:

  • Do not accept the parcel

  • Refuse delivery and contact us immediately

Accepting a damaged parcel may void your right to claim for external damage.

4. Return Costs & Shipping

If a return is authorised:

  • Customers cover return shipping

  • Use a tracked courier service (we’re not responsible for items lost in return transit)

  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours

5. What Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items reported after the 24-hour window

  • Products with approved artwork that include layout or spelling mistakes

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Minor colour differences within a 10–15% tolerance

  • Custom banners without manufacturing faults

  • Orders returned without prior approval

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

6. After You Return the Item

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If a fault is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund (your choice)

  • If no issue is found, the product will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued
