By placing an order with London Banners via www.london-banners.co.uk, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before submitting artwork or confirming your order.
Accepted File Formats
We accept the following file types:
PDF, PSD, AI, PNG, EPS, CDR, TIFF, JPEG
All artwork must be 300 DPI resolution or higher for optimal print quality.
For best results, please include a 2-inch bleed on all sides of your design. This helps prevent trimming or finishing issues.
Print-Ready Files & Proof Approval
Once we receive your artwork:

It will be checked and converted to a print-ready format.

Pantone colours are not supported. Files are converted to CMYK, which may result in slight colour shifts.

A digital proof will be sent for approval before printing.

It’s your responsibility to check all elements: spelling, layout, size, colours, etc.

We require written confirmation by email before we can proceed with printing.

Approvals after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Please note: A colour variance of 10–15% is considered acceptable due to monitor calibration and print settings.
Product Quality & Finishing Standards
London Banners specialises in large-format digital printing designed for visibility from a distance (2 metres or more). These are not photo-quality prints.
Size Tolerance: Minor variations of up to 2–5 cm may occur.
Banner Construction:

Banners under 10 feet are printed in one piece.

Banners over 10 feet may include seamless joints, carefully aligned with your artwork.

Hemming charges apply to banners smaller than 60 sq. ft.
Delivery & Packaging
Standard dispatch time is 5–6 working days from artwork approval (not payment date). Please plan ahead.
Folding & Packaging:

Banners over 110 cm x 110 cm are folded for shipping, which may cause visible creases or mild discolouration. These are not considered defects.

To avoid folding, choose “Rolled on Tube” at checkout. This option may add a charge and extend delivery by one working day.
All prices and delivery options (including express services) are available via our online quote tool.
Express & Urgent Orders
We offer same-day, 24-hour, 48-hour, and 72-hour printing. Pricing and availability depend on design complexity and volume.

Orders must be confirmed before 1:00 PM to qualify for express service.

Delays in approval may result in a 50% express surcharge for guaranteed next-day delivery or same-day collection.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted if:

There is a clear print defect

The size or finish is incorrect

Items are missing features (e.g. eyelets, hems)
To qualify:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Email support@london-banners.co.uk with photos taken from 2 metres away

All returns must be authorised by our team before being sent back
Packaging issues:
If the box is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery. Accepting it confirms the parcel arrived in acceptable condition.
Late deliveries:
If we’re at fault and you no longer need the item, do not accept it. Courier delays are not refundable, but proof of dispatch will be provided.
Return shipping:
You’re responsible for return postage. Outbound shipping is only refunded if the issue is on our end.
Fraud Prevention
We photograph and weigh every banner before dispatch.
Fraudulent refund or chargeback claims will result in legal action and recovery of all costs.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All artwork, layouts, and marketing visuals created by London Banners remain our intellectual property.
We may use final printed products or customer-approved designs for marketing or promotional purposes.
If a refund is processed after artwork approval, a 50% design fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Liability & Disputes
Our total liability is limited to the value of the order.
Any payment disputes raised via PayPal, credit card providers, or other processors are subject to their final ruling, which we agree to abide by.
Privacy & Communications
By placing an order, you consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to receive relevant service-related communications.
You may opt out of promotional emails by contacting info@london-banners.co.uk.
Use of Phone Numbers & Consent for WhatsApp/SMS Updates
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive order updates or urgent delivery notifications via SMS or WhatsApp, where applicable.
OTHERS

Our liability is always capped at the order value.

Any PayPal or card-based dispute ruling is final and cannot be challenged elsewhere.

Prices are subject to change. Unpaid orders may be cancelled and reissued at the updated rate.
